Six great acts and another fun night out in Chesham! The youth centre was buzzing on Friday, with performers giving their all to provide an unforgettable evening of talent and excitement finished off by some fabulous Bowie flavours from headliner, Domina Proxime.
Acts were scored against original material, crowd reactions and technical ability, with two acts standing out as joint winners – Hannah Lou Larsen with her glowing synths, ethereal sound and her original rendition of What Was I Made For Hannah and the incredible young band, ‘The Campus’, a group of Year 9 students from Aylesbury whose energy raised the roof and blew our minds!
With great performances from The Erins, Pisgah and local band, With Me Run the Ghosts, it was hard to restrict the prize to just the two.
So, look out for Hannah Lou Larsen, The Campus AND With Me Run the Ghosts at the Chesham Fringe this May!
With huge thanks to all the performers who gave their all, to Vault 17 for the drum kit, Will from the General’s Arms for the ice, Richard Storey for photography, the Fringe committee members and Fringe makers (our volunteers) for all the behind the scenes work. And of course everyone who came to support and made the night what it was!
