Chesham is going to be buzzing the whole weekend from Friday night to Monday afternoon!
Friday night sees headliners Stereo MC’s at The Elgiva, plus the Ultimate Green Day at Chesham Youth Centre.
Meanwhile, Friday Free Fringe kicks off with rock at Vault 17 featuring Faze and Significant Covers, and at The George and Dragon with Ransom.
Saturday, we’ll have Olaf Falafel’s Stupidest Super Stupid Show opening the Elgiva line up for the day, followed by Anything But Coldplay and closing with headliner Henning Wehn & Friends. Saturday Free Fringe continues at Vault 17 and The George and Dragon, plus Chapter Two, The General’s Arms and Chesham Youth Centre.
In the wider town there’ll be the regular Chesham Local Produce Market plus Chesham Repair Cafe at the Town Hall. Shake Your Booty will be opening the festival vibes from midday by the clock tower in Market Square, hosted by Mad Squirrel and Trekkers Bar moving into Vault 17 from 8pm.
Sunday, we’ve got Buster Keaton’s classic silent movie accompanied by local musician Bohdan Reshetilov’s live piano performance opening the Elgiva Sunday line up and again, Sunday Free Fringe continues to bring something for everyone across Chesham. We’ve even got Flamenco Fiesta and it’s set to be Spanish weather all weekend!
Wrapping it all up on the Monday, The General’s Arms is hosting the Chesham Fringe Festival comedown event from 1pm – all are welcome to join us in celebration of the festival.
And it’s going to be HOT! Don’t forget your factor 50 and drink plenty of water. Our hub will be at 87 High Street, opposite The Junction cafe. We’ll be there for any queries, worries, tickets, and anything else festival related.
